河南省经研银海种业有限公司于2007年11月注册成立，是集研发、生产、加工、销售、服务于一体的科研型、现代化、
国际化种子公司，公司坐落在郑州市高新技术开发区。
公司为中国种子行业信用A级企业；河南省政府表彰的“十强”种子企业；河南省农业厅农业科技先进种子企业；河南省诚信种子企业；郑州市农业产业化龙头企业；国家救灾备荒种子储备单位；河南省首家在国外注册的种子公司；中国首家在塔吉克斯坦农业部注册和审定自有知识产权品种的种业公司；中国首家同时拥有中国和塔吉克斯坦两国种子进出口许可证的种子企业。
公司现有职工65人，研究生、本科学历占88%，特聘博士3名，高级农艺师2名，中级以上职称15人，专业技术人员20人，北京大学工商管理硕士2人。设有科研部、生产部、销售部、企划部、财务部、加工物流部、质量检测部、国际部、办公室、后勤部。
公司在河南、海南、新疆分别建立有科研育种基地，积累有多种新品种资源和新品种组合。在河南和新疆建有标准化先进的种子加工生产线和仓储库房、低温种子库。拥有成套的种子检验仪器。
目前公司拥有小麦品种8个、玉米品种3个、棉花品种6个，大豆品种4个，花生品种3个，拥有国外注册品种9个。 公司拥有的农作物品种多，种类齐全，品种推广范围达到6省、1区、3国，真正做到了立足河南、辐射周边、推广全国、服务世界，从而为国家和世界农业做出了贡献。

Company Profile
Henan Jingyan Silver Seed Co., Ltd., a modernized international company incorporated in November 2007, is located in Zhengzhou High-Tech Development Zone in central China. Specializing in agricultural seeds, our company is a large scale enterprise that encompasses technology, industry and trade.
Our company is an “A-Grade Enterprise” accredited by China's seed industry. It is one of the “Top Ten” seed enterprises recognized by Henan provincial government. Other recognitions in the industry include: “Advanced Agricultural Science and Technology Seed Enterprise” by Agriculture Department of Henan Province, “A Trustworthy Seed Company” by Henan province, “A Leading Company in Agricultural Industrialization” by Zhengzhou City. The company is also regarded as “National Seed Reservation Base for Natural Disaster”.
Our company is the first seed company in Henan province to register its business overseas, as well as China's first seed company registered by Ministry of Agriculture of Tajikistan, with its authorized intellectual property in seed industry. It is the first Chinese company to obtain seed importing-exporting permits both in China and Tajikistan.
Of our staff of 65, 88% hold a Bachelor's or above degree, and among them, we have three Doctors, two senior agronomists, fifteen intermediate or above level professionals, twenty technicians, and two MBA graduates from Peking University. Our departments include R&D, Production, Marketing, Processing and Logistics, QC, International Business, Corporate Planning, Finance, H.R. and Corporate Office.
Our Company has set up research and breeding bases in Henan, Hainan, and Xinjiang. We have accumulated a variety of new resources and new combinations of breeds. We have advanced and standardized seed processing production lines both in Henan and Xinjiang, as well as low temperature warehouses and storages. Our seed inspection instruments are accurate and advanced.
Our company has eight varieties of wheat which include: three of corn, six of cotton, four of soybean, three of peanut. We have a total of nine registered varieties overseas. Our company has a broad range of crop varieties, expending to seven provinces in China and three nations in Central Asia.
